Office Information

Business hours at New Leaf Center are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office can be contacted during those hours to schedule appointments, obtain information about counseling services and fees, inquire about business office needs, and leave messages for any of the New Leaf Center staff.

Individual counseling sessions are available Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office at 407-644-8588.

Group counseling sessions are generally held Monday through Thursday evenings. Before starting group counseling, clients must be seen for at least one individual counseling session with the therapist facilitating the group. The facilitator will determine if the group is appropriate for the client’s needs and will make arrangements for them to begin attending group sessions. If it is determined that a group setting is not appropriate, the therapist will make alternate recommendations.

During non-business hours, messages can be left on the office answering machine. Messages will be responded to as soon as possible during regular business hours. In emergency situations, call 911.
