Q: What if I am sick and I can’t make my appointment?
A: Sickness, accidents, family crisis are all part of life, and we understand that. However, our time is valuable to our clients so we would appreciate as much notice as you can give. We may have to still charge you an office visit if you have to cancel less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment. Please contact our office for more details.
Q: What forms of payment fo you accept?
A: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, and cash. Payment is expected at the time of service.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: Yes, we do accept most major insurance plans as well as Medicare. Be sure to contact us for further assistant prior to your scheduled appointment. You may also want to contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
